Our Prices

Overview

SOAS embraces information technology and streamlining and simplifying work procedures that generate productivity gain and allow its products to be priced competitively. This enables SOAS to pass the benefits of lower prices to clients. All fees and charges mentioned are subject to the prevailing Goods & Services Tax (GST) of 7%.

A) Incorporation services

Our fee for incorporation is based on the number of individuals by being as shareholders and/or appointed officers at S$75 per individual and  the corporate member at S$150 plus a 4% administration fee and ACRA charges. For determining the cost of incorporating your new company, please use the calculator to find the cost of incorporation.

For incorporation of a new company in Singapore under the Company Act, one resident director, a resident company secretary and a registered company office address in Singapore are required. Where necessary these services will be provided by SOAS.

A1) Company secretary appointment services

The appointment of company secretary will be provided free of charge for the first six months after incorporation of the company and thereafter the services will be billed at the beginning of each quarter. The fee is S$75 per quarter for up to 3 members/officers and thereafter S$15 for each additional member/officer. This service is for a minimum period of two financial years and any termination by client before the stipulated period, client is liable for payment of fees due to the shortfall.

The appointment of company secretary includes the preparation of resolutions for annual general meetings and the filing of annual returns to Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authorities (ACRA).

Other corporate services such as preparation of resolutions for the appointment and resignation of officers, changes of particulars of the company as well as members and officers, declarations of dividends and directors’ fees, share allotments and transfers, and other corporate services are separately charged. Please refer to Corporate Service Fee Schedule for the details.

A2) Company director appointment services

The appointment of company director will be provided free of charge for the first three months after incorporation of the company and thereafter will be billed on a quarterly basis of S$650 per quarter. This service is for a minimum period of one financial year and any termination by client before the stipulated period, client is liable for payment of fees due to the shortfall.

S$2,600 security deposit for directorship is collectible upfront before incorporation of the company.

A3) Registered office address with mail processing services

The service fee for the company is S$50 per quarter and will be billed at the beginning of each quarter.

All mails received for the company will be scanned and digitally stored, managed with online retrieval facilities. As for cheques received, they will be deposited into the bank designated by the company. As for parcels or bulky items, the company will be notified for self-collection, otherwise they will be couriered upon your instruction and charged on a case by case basis.

B) Corporate Services

Under the corporate services, SOAS provide the services of resident director, company secretary and registered company office address and the services will be billed at the beginning of each quarter. SOAS also provide Ad Hoc corporate services.

B1) Company director appointment services

The services will be billed on a quarterly basis of S$650 per quarter. S$2,600 security deposit for directorship is collectible upfront.

B2) Company secretary appointment services

C) Business Processing and Accounting

C1) Special package for annual accounting reporting and compliances

A one-stop comprehensive accounting and compliance services is packaged and priced at a competitive quarterly fee of S$450.00 (i.e. S$1,800 annually) for companies with annual revenue less than S$1 million and 500 pages of transaction documents. Adjustments to annual fee will be determined and billed upon completion of annual accounts for the following:

  • For companies which are dormant as defined by ACRA will enjoy a 50% annual rebate
  • For companies with revenue less than $100,000 and 500 pages of transactions will enjoy a 25% annual rebate
  • S$1.50 additional charge per page of annual transaction documents exceeding 500 pages.
  • S$50 additional charge per S$100,000 revenue for annual revenue exceeding S$1 million
  • Compiling of XBRL unconsolidated financial statements if applicable – S$300

Under this special package, the following are the deliverables:

  1. Offsite bookkeeping of annual accounts
  2. Compilation of unconsolidated annual financial report
  3. Preparing of annual financial statement highlights if applicable
  4. Computation of corporate tax and filing tax submissions

Under this special package, the following industries are not covered and their quotations are based on case-by-case basis:

  1. Construction
  2. Manufacturing
  3. Food and beverage
  4. Banking & Finance
  5. Non-profit organisations

C2) Quarterly accounting and GST in addition to the special package in C1

  1. Compiling of quarterly accounts – S$600 quarterly fee
  2. Compiling GST and submissions – S$200 quarterly fee

C3) Business Processing and Other Accounting Services

  1. Accounts consultation – free for first hour and S$300 per hour thereafter
  2. Structuring corporate chart of accounts – from S$500
  3. Migration of data to new software – separately quoted
  4. Onsite accounts set up and accounting support – separately quoted
  5. Monthly payroll, payslips and CPF submissions, and annual IR8A – S$50 per month per employee subject to minimum of 4 staff
  6. Monthly payment processing – separately quoted
  7. Monthly bookkeeping – separately quoted
  8. Consolidation of annual group accounts – separately quoted
  9. Compilation of annual consolidated financial reports – separately quoted
  10. Compiling of XBRL annual unconsolidated financial statements– S$300
  11. Compiling of XBRL annual consolidated financial statements– separately quoted

E) Document Scanning & Management

  1. Services for storage, archival and online retrieval facilities for SOAS deliverables and provides free for existing clients of SOAS
  2. Services for storage, archival and online retrieval for other documents are chargeable separately quoted
  3. A4 sized document scanning – S$0.10 per single-sided page subject to minimum 500 pages without staples
  4. A4 sized document scanning – S$0.50 per single-sided page subject to minimum 500 pages with staples
  5. Bulk scanning and storage management will be separately quoted
